The worst ever! The product stopped working after a month. Sent it back and when I received it stopped working again. The company has been contacted numerous times and they choose to ignore the problem. Have been giving me the runaround for months. The call is on hold more than a conversation is held. The player is under warranty and they are not honoring their own warranty. The player is not working plain and simple. I cannot say enough to NOT purchase this product or anything else with this company. They say I'm sorry, then do nothing. Claim that you need to speak with a manager and then can't or won't put one on the phone. The last phone call was 40 minutes waiting for a manager then I was disconnected, Terrible service and product.
