Set up my monitors yesterday and didn't really get to use them. But when I started to work this morning I was blown away at how awesome the display is on these two monitors!I want to RAVE about the gorgeous DISPLAYS!!!! I do graphic design (for web site development, book illustrations, and iOS apps) and had not realized just how poor the focus was on my old Acer monitors... These ViewSonics are so crisp and clear, I am absolutely LOVING them! And the full widescreen is really nice. While I will agree with the other reviewers that the stands are flimsy (they sure went together fast, though!), my desk is extremely sturdy and the only thing that will be touching the monitors is a nosy cat. However, like other reviewers, I hadn't noticed the screws to secure the bases, so will be doing that today and see if it makes them more stable. Some have complained about the height not being adjustable, but I'm rather short (5'5"), so they are just about perfect for me. And my 6'5" teenage son likes to lounge in his chair, so they'd be the right height for him too, but a normal adult sitting at a desk might find the height uncomfortable. However, they do tilt nicely, and it only takes a moment to adjust the pair of monitors to the same tilt/angle so everything lines up perfectly. Also, I have a surround-sound-style speaker setup, so I can't comment on the speakers since I didn't bother plugging in the speaker cords (plus I have 2 monitors, 1 sound port... you do the math).Overall I am HIGHLY satisfied with the QUALITY and CLARITY of this display, especially at a great price and free 2-day shipping with Amazon Prime (LOOOOVE that!)!In fact, I am so impressed with these monitors I ALMOST feel guilty about handing-down my older pair of Acer 21" monitors to my 16 y/o son. But I worked with them quite contentedly for about 2 years without realizing just how much I'd been missing... He'll live. Or he can save his money and buy his own ViewSonics! ;)P.S.As an example of the kind of work I do, you can see my book here on Amazon for the Kindle: Halloween Parade - a Rhyming Alphabet Children's Book. (You can just use the "Look Inside" feature.)
