Easy set up, no issues so far. Been about two weeks.This will not be the case for all but this is what occurred for me. The item worked fine for the first few weeks and then started producing error code (E05) messages that would automatically stop the belt and jolt me off. I contacted the manufacture as instructed in their 'User's Manual' and began having a dialogue with one of their specialist who was kind and polite. They instructed me with many tidies instructions over the course of 2 weeks (taking pictures and videos) and to no success. Once they told me they didn't know what the issue was they didn't respond back to me. I'm returning this product but with more of a burden that I now need to find a box large enough to ship it back.On the other hand Amazon's customer service helped tremendously when I had no other options.Recommendations is to keep the original box for as long as you can in case you need to return any items.This little treadmill works well. It's compact and easy to use. Only problem was the handlebars were not tapped to receive the bolts that fasten them to the upright. I had to buy a tap at Canadian Tire and make the threads myself. Size needed is metric 8-1.25. Extra cost $9 and some time.I like the size but find the belt length a little short. I'm 5'10", 194lbs It sometimes sticks when making contact with the belt no matter how much you oil it. Be careful where you put it. I used it in the hall and the floor was extremely slippery after I put it away. It has no physical buttons so if you misplace the remote you can't use it. I would definitely pony up the extra cash for a better one next time.Le tapis fonctionne bien, mais il ne faut pas oublier de télécharger l'application pour avoir accès à toutes les fonctionnalités.Le support à cellulaire était brisé donc j'ai contacté le vendeur qui m'en a aussitôt envoyé un autre.
