• Packed very well, like a jigsaw puzzle to minimize packaging. • There is sufficient, not excessive, styrofoam to protect and separate the components. • Heavy gauge steel supports. • Generous and well positioned shelf space. • Sturdy monitor mount pole and arms. Stable and well articulated arms, however, they do not have independent height adjustment. • Excellent value. Because of the value I did not remove a star for the lack of independent monitor height adjustment.Check you space dimensions. This desk is big and bulky. I needed something slightly smaller but this desk was great build quality and sturdy. Mine came with some shipping damage but the company fixed the issue immediately. Just measure your space closely because an item like this is difficult to return. No wheels in package. Half the screws were missing. Seller promised to send wheels but never did. We bought our own screws. Other than that it’s pretty OKThis unit is really heavy and takes a lot of space to assemble, but is very sturdy. great for dual monitorsIt is functional, not a bad value, but it utilizes particle board, and as is usual with particle board, it has a limited life span after stress and refits from bolts or screws. I tore up the bottom board by resting my feet on it. IMO it should have been a touch stronger, I’m not a heavy guy, nor a big guy.All parts were labeled which made assembly fairly easy. Not all of the screws were labeled but I was able to figure them out.I was a bit hesitant to order after seeing the reviews about damages on delivery and how the delivery driver left it propped up on my garage door BUT I Received an item free from defects etc.Someone else mentioned the cheap styrofoam used for packing and they weren’t lying!I put it together in about an hour - the instructions could have been a bit more clear but it didn’t take a scientist to figure out the missing steps (2 I noticed)Seems sturdy and I can’t wait to start using it!Working from home so wanted something a bit more permanent than the card table I had been working on. Liked many of the features on this - wheels, monitor stand, height adjustable, so made the purchase. Overall it is nice and will do what I want, but they missed on some of the specs. First, the height adjustment - I like the idea of standing some times, but will sit most of the time. The lowest the main table goes is 32". I have my chair at it's highest position and the keyboard surface is still a bit too high. When the desk is all the way up it is up to my armpits - who needs it that high? So they should have lowered the overall height range by 4-6". Next, as others have mentioned, at 32" deep it is too big to fit through a door. They easily could have taken 2-4" off the depth and kept the functionality. Heck, I'm thinking of cutting it down myself, but that would require a modification on how the shelf is affixed. Finally, the raising and lowering mechanism is a bit awkward. I guess that is a get what you pay for, but definitely not too easy to switch up on a regular basis.
