I purchased this boroscope to allow me to snake down a 3/8" copper line in an HVAC application. It will fit down the line, but unfortunately the camera head is about 3/4" long, so the minimum radius that it can negotiate is a little under 2". I was hoping it would be smaller so I could negotiate the 1" radius that is typical for 3/8" lines. The video feature is nice, but I find that both the video and camera are pretty grainy even with the LED lights helping. The LED brightness is adjustable and can be turned all the way off.
